Shipping, Return and  Refund Policy For All Wigs

For your security and ours we will NOT process and ship your order if your billing and shipping information are different, even if PayPal has approved your payment! The billing name and address on the credit card must match exactly to the shipping name and address. There will be no exceptions at all, so please do NOT place your order if it does not meet these requirements. Should you place the order and the information does not match exactly, we will issue a full refund to the credit card that was used and cancel your order. Your security and protection are important to us! 

When Will my Order Ship?

Hair Care Product only orders are shipped same day. (If your order is placed after noon (PST) your order will ship the next business day).

In stock lace wig orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days. 

Custom lace wig orders are processed and shipped as follows:

  • Normal Processing: 25 to 30 days to produce plus the shipping time. Express mail (next day) or priority mail (three day) delivery.

  • Rush: 20 days to produce plus the shipping time.

  • Priority: 15 days to produce plus the shipping time. Priority Orders incur an additional $75 service charge.

  • Rush orders incur an additional fee $50 service charge

We will phone or email you within 24 hours of your order if there is a delay with processing your order so that you will know the status at all times.

We use The United States Post office priority mail service and express mail service.

Return and Refund Policy

Lace Beauty Secrets from A to Z makes every attempt to represent stock wigs accurately so that our Customers will be happy with their purchases. However in a few instances, Customers may order a wig that is not right for them and wish to return it. In these cases Lace Beauty Secrets From A to Z will allow Customers to exchange the unit for another one of equal or lesser value provided the following conditions are met. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED!

  • You must contact Lace Beauty Secrets From A to Z within 24 hours of receiving the wig to explain the problem and receive a return authorization code. Under no circumstances will a wig be accepted back without a return authorization code.

  • The wig must be returned in the exact original condition and package, which means the lace cannot be cut or damaged; the hair cannot be altered in any way. (the hair cannot be washed, combed, brushed, dyed, processed, cut or styled).

  • After you have been provided with a return authorization from Lace Beauty Secrets From A to Z, the wig must be received by Lace Beauty Secrets From A to Z within 5 business days.

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the wig back to Lace Beauty Secrets From A to Z as well as the cost for Lace Beauty Secrets.

  • From A to Z to ship a replacement unit back out to you.

Please notify us immediately if there is a problem (within 24 hours) upon receiving your unit by emailing us at: lacebeautysecretsfroma2z@yahoo.com. This is required in order to properly process your request. No Exceptions.

Lace Beauty Secrets From A to Z reserves the right to refuse exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met. If you have any questions, please email us at lacebeautysecretsfroma2z@yahoo.com BEFORE finalizing payment.

We do not accept returns on custom wigs.

We do not accept returns on stock wigs that have been altered in anyway. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

We DO NOT issue refunds; lacebeautysecretsfroma2z.com may offer a in-store credit only. If you meet the terms and conditions, you will receive an exchange or store credit. We do not issue multiple exchanges.

Cancellation Policy: It takes 24 hours to begin processing your lace wig order. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours, otherwise, you will only be refunded 90% of your total purchase.

 All sales are final on wig adhesives, tapes, glues, solvents and accessories.

Important: Always be careful when applying and removing your lace wig and follow the instructions included with your lace wig order.

Refusals
Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping charges accrued as a result of the refused shipment. Orders refused as a result of an error on the part of Lace Beauty Secrets From A to Z will not incur the above mentioned fees.

Lost Merchandise
Should merchandise be confirmed as lost in transit, we will replace the goods after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification of the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed, and the merchandise will be replaced.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Lace Beauty Secrets From A to Z reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lace Beauty Secrets From A to Z will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
